Resource Review + Spa Giveaway!

Hey everyone! How was your Monday? I hope it was a good one! And if it wasn’t, be sure to go into today with a more positive outlook, I sure am thanks to Ashley’s post!

Yesterday I gave you all my race re-cap from the Chicago Rock N Roll Half marathon, and I mentioned how humid it was! Hydration is KEY for exercise and even more so in these summer months! Now, I’m a huge fan of water. I drink an insane amount every day, and I’m not one of those people who needs to flavor my water to get myself to drink it. Haha I actually HATE flavored water, no matter how hard I try to like it!

This is why I jumped at the chance to review resource water when they contacted me!

I received the water the weekend of my half marathon, so I thought it would be perfect to drink after the race, electrolytes are very helpful in re-hydration!

Molly wanted to try it too!

Don’t worry, I let her play with the bottle afterwards. She loves plastic water bottles…

The water tasted great, although it didn’t taste too different? Haha I don’t know how water can really taste different, but it was refreshing and I certainly enjoyed it! I downed both bottles they sent me pretty quickly!

Along with sending me this water, resource offered to host a giveaway on my blog! They are offering a $25 Spa Week gift card! Although water can be very refreshing, I think a trip to a spa would be even more so!

  1. I love your comment about positive outlook! I try to find something positive in my life everyday. I like drinking water plain. Since I don’t drink soda any more I like to buy la croix water. Have a great day :)

  2. I hate to admit that I like my water flavored, but I’m trying to get better about drinking just straight up H2O!

  3. My favorite way to drink water is when it’s flavored with fresh lemons or limes or cucumbers! Cucumber water is SO refreshing :)
