I’m sorry, I love the fact that you are a law student so much (I feel like you understand what I -as a medical student- am going through…we both have a really tough school to say the least… time consuming, spirit crushing, mind numbing sometimes… always on the verge of burnout syndrome lol .. sorry I am gettting too much into this ahhaa) .. I’m so sorry to hear about your IT band pain! RICE the shizz out of it…it should help! I went through similar pains and foam rolling & special IT band stretches (google them!!) really helped alleviate the pain. Best of luck!
