Until I started putting this post together, I didn’t realize just how much almond milk I use every day! My favorite is Blue Diamond’s Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze – not only does it taste good, but at 30 calories a cup I don’t even think twice about putting it in a lot of what make for the day. I also buy it often because it’s sold at every grocery store I go to, even Trader Joe’s!
Since I’m generally avoiding dairy, almond milk is a perfect replacement for whenever I would use cream or milk, such as in my coffee! I actually keep one of these smaller boxes in our refrigerator at work to add to my coffee, and it lasts me about two weeks!
Another way that I use almond milk in the morning is in my Shakeology! I loooooove Shakeology, but mixing it with almond milk instead of water makes it about a million times better! (if possible… haha). I just use 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop Shakeology and 4 ice cubes: voila!
